PICTURE 1: NO ROOM
With thousands of students on main campus every day, hundreds of pounds of trash accumulates. The trash cans around campus are often filled over their capacity and the trash piles around.
PICTURE 2: FEEDING FRENZY
All that studying sure makes a student hungry! From the SAC to lunch trucks to the food outside of Gladfelter, the options are endless. But all of that plastic-wrapped, on-the-go food results in massive amounts of trash left around campus.

PICTURE 3: ORANGE YOU GLAD...?
Many students, sans trash cans, resort to more artistic and creative ways of getting rid of unwanted food.
PICTURE 4: BEHIND THE SCENES
Behind the popular outdoor food stands is an ocean of garbage that results from having to feed hundreds of people. As the day draws to a close, all the trash has to go somewhere.
PICTURE 5: DUMPSTER DIVING
And all of that trash ends up in the Temple "T" dumpsters. Like the trash cans before them, the dumpsters soon become overfilled with disgusting leftovers.
PICTURE 6: ALL TOGETHER NOW
Some trucks understand the importance of recycling, and although there isn't a recycle bin next to every trash can (which there SHOULD be), there are plenty of places and ways to recycle and reduce the amount of trash on campus.
